Requirement: properties.group

JMSXGroupID and JMSXGroupSeq are standard properties clients should use if they want to group messages. All providers must support them. JMSXGroupID is a string property. JMSXGroupSeq is an int property, starting at 1. @todo - need to verify if the range is applicable
